We have a 14-day return policy from when you received your order.
In order for the return to be accepted the products must be returned in perfect condition without any signs of wear or tear.
Products must be returned in original packaging.
Ear pieces cannot be returned if worn or tried on.
The shipping fee will not be refunded, unless you have received a faulty or wrong product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Taxes and duties
Taxes for import outside of Norway is not included in the price.
Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties outside of Norway.
